First Aid and Emergency
Our staff will be available to solve any problem which may occur during the workshop. However, you can directly contact the medical emergency number (118) and the Police number (113).

Insurance
The registration fee DOES NOT include provisions for the insurance of participants against personal injuries or loss that might occur during the event or in the course of travel to or from the meeting site.

Climate
The Mediterranean climate and the proximity to the sea allow the mild weather in autumn in Italy. Thus the climate is generally quite pleasant in Livorno during this season of the year. The temperature varies from a minimum of 10°C to a maximum of 22°C

Bank, currency and credit cards
Italian currency is the Euro.
Banks opening time is usually 8,30-13,30 and 14,30-16,30 from Monday to Friday. ATM machines are available everywhere and currency exchange offices can be found in the city center or at the airport of Pisa.
Credit and debit cards from main circuits (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners, JBC..) are usually accepted in most shops in town.
